So at the moment I'm having trouble deciding on what to upgrade my computer with. Currently I'm running a 6750 at 1360x1024 but I plan on getting a monitor that is 1680x1050 when i get the card as well. When that happens I need to decide between these two.

Only problem is the power supply because it's an fsp 450-60EP that peaks at 500.
Anyway, which one of those should I upgrade to or should I even really be upgrading with this power supply?
