Loud noise

Hello,
My pc is making a very loud noise when starting up and gets louder untill I turn it off and back on a couple of times

Open the case and clean the fans carefully.

Also check to see if wires are near fans. Also tighten up hard drive screws and fan screws.

If possible could you describe the sound at all?

A high pitch whine could be a coil-whine, and may be caused by the power supply or GPU if one is installed.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do about coil-whine.

If it's more of a buzzing/vibration it could be something is loose in the system, check all the cables and screws and make sure everything is securely in place or hand tight.
