Approximate Purchase Date: Within 2 weeks
Budget Range: $600-$1000
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, entertainment (movies on big screen), some video editing
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: no preference, whatever is cheapest
Location: Michigan
Parts Preferences: No preference
Overclocking: Probably wont at first, but will later as needed
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (I have a 24 inch monitor, but would also like to play on 46 inch TV if possible)
Additional Comments: I dont necessarily need HDD's but a 64-128 GB SSD would be nice. Dont need optical drives. Would like at least on par or better performance of a good core i5, and best gfx card as possible. 8GB ram is probably enough for now, but would like the system to be upgradable for the future since I cant spend $3000 this time around
I appreciate any help, havent built a computer in about 5 years so im out of touch with whats good, lot of info to take in. links to pcbuilder would be helpful.
Thank you.
