Gtx 470 HELP!!

I get continuous problem with gtx 470, error like Driver has stop to work, or Black Screen Frozen (need to restart the system) and Blue Screen error, i have xw8200 2xcpu dual core xeon 3.6, 4gb ddr2, 600w powersupply.
Can any one explain me when i see the NVIDIA Specifaction i see this card can run all game 40+ fps, but for me not or is something wrong here in my system

Have you tried updating your drivers? That could be the problem.

I have last driver 301.42, i damn really i cant understand this

Try the beta 304.48 drivers and see if that helps.

I try it, i cant play BFC2 more than 20 minutes and i get WHITE SCREEN now, and the fan optimized 80% what is wrong with this ***

1. Try rolling back to the 290 version drivers as the 301's are best suited for the 6-series GPU's.

2. What are your temp's? Monitor those for a while and see if its not a heat issue. Try it with MSI's Afterburner.
