Play component video on PC

Hello,
I was wondering if there's like a USB 3.0 TV Capture card or something similar that will allow me to use my computer screen to play component video without lag?

Basically need component (ypbpr) video IN for computer

For Video Games so lag is no bueno.

This is for an Ultrabook w/USB3 but input that gives me a good video input for my desktop will also be appreciated

Stats on your Ultrabook? It will take a good computer for what you might be trying to do.
