Give me the best possible gaming build for 750 bucks :D

So I'm looking to build my first gaming pc and I've been finding myself extremely indecisive about what parts to buy. I have a multitude of builds I've been looking at, but I just can't decide.

So I'm looking for someone to just flatout give me the best build I can get for 750 dollars. My actual budget is 850, but I subtracted 100 for the OS.

The only qualification I have here, is that the case be a nice/sleek looking quality case. I know it may seem silly, but its what I'll be looking at for the next who knows how many years, and I want it to be visually appealing XD Not saying it has to be some 150 dollar overkill case, but something quality between 80 and 100 dollars would be nice. Also, it would be nice if the price were 750 BEFORE Mail in rebates.

Also, before you suggest something, also know that I will be capable of upgrading within a year. For example, say you list an i3 and a 7850, I'd probably grab a 3570k or something around this time next year. So basically I just need something to get the job done until next year. The most demanding thing I hope to do is probably Battlefield 3 on about high settings, ultra if possible. But of course, I realize ultra might be expecting a bit much. I probably won't be recording bf3, although I will be recording/streaming lower end games like Minecraft and Dota 2.

Alright, now with that stuff out of the way, recommend me a build! Any suggestions are appreciated! :D

comes to 783 but you can cut down to a 6870 if that is over budget you can easily upgrade to a 3570k, this will max out bf3 with ease :D

Okay, thank you very much! That looks great! I think I will take your advice and cut down to a 6870 for a 3570k, and then upgrade to something like a gtx 670 by this time next year....And only if I find the 6870 isn't quite sufficient. But I think for now itll do fine.
