I am haveing horrible connection issues with my ISP suddenlink and my SBG6580

I can connect to the internet but its so slow that it never gets past the first page or even TO the first page. Before the internet worked fine but it would lose connection all the time and the modem would reset or I would have to reset it to make the internet work again. The company has come out 3 times now and I have also called in many time and they have been no help. Please help... I need my internet. I have tried following other guids and port forwarding. I have tried enabling and disabling different thing and I have tried factory resets.
