Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this 1-2 weeks (the closer the better)

Budget Range: $900-1000 ... it isn't so tight that rebates matter but would be great. Free shipping preferred.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: watching movies/TV, surfing the net, gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No, using a 40" Sony HDTV

Parts to Upgrade: All parts, except maybe case.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon preferred for Prime shipping or or MicroCenter if really good deal

Location: Detroit, MI

Parts Preferences: None really. Seems like Intel is the best right now

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Probably not

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080p Sony Bravia HDTV 40"

Additional Comments:

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Ready for a newer machine. Want to start gaming at high resolution.

Include a list of any parts you have already selected with descriptively labeled links for parts. Please do not post only links.
