Gtx 590 temps?

I have 44c on gpu 1 and 39c on gpu 2 at idle is that too high. and when i game i put the fan % to 70 and its around 75c-79c that ok? ((thats when i put my front intake fans at 100%)
when my front intake fans are at normal it goes up to about 45c on both

nope those are both perfectly normal.

What are your full system spec?(CPU,RAM,etc.)

As pinhedd said those temps are perfectly fine.I would even suggest making a custom fan profile so you don't have to manually adjust it every time your gaming.

How do i make a custom fan profile im using msi afterburner?

Setttings -> Fan -> Enable user defined software automatic fan control

You'll see a grid which lets you set the fan speed at each temperature point

Just be careful and make sure you always have the User Defined button pushed(should highlight the fan speed control area green).I've overheated my card before from messing around with it and forgot to turn it back on.

Yes the same profile can be applied to both by using the "syncronize settings for similar graphics processors" in the General tab, but the fan profile may apply to both at the same time regardless.
