Addons needed - hits over head / % of mobs health

Hi! Im looking for 2 addons (NO things like nerfed UI / Cosmos / ...):
1st: shows ur getting hits above ur head (like "renew" "+220" "+220"
"+220" "crit strike" ....) i saw this on a video where a raid fought
razorgore in BWL... the mage got his healing as green + values, his
mana potions as blue + values, and got addional infos like "renew"
"critical strike" and his damage all above his head (not his profile)
2nd: the addon that shows u the % of the mobs health. i have an addon
that shows the real health, but it doesnt work so good cause it starts
at a amount of health and corrects itself with every hit...
