Buffer Error

I have a hp 8200 cdr/rw burner. lately everytime i try to burn a disk about 2/3 the way thru i get a buffer error. I have rerereinstalled everything and have tried several differant software programs from the adaptec that came with the burner to the software built into my musicmatch jukebox and now nero 5.5.3 pro . Nothing seems to work.....anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried burning at the slowest speed possible, with all other programs turned off?

If that's the 8200e, you're screwed. Drop down to 2x, and don't use Cdr.
