Hi, again!

I forgot - I do have one more teeny-tiny problem. So my bottom case fan won't start rotating upon start-up unless I give it a nudge. What measures can I take to fix this? Oil her up, clean off dust, try different positions? Or should I just take her to the shop - I'm going there anyway today.

Thanks, guys!

How old is it? If its more than a year, it needs oil. You need to open the back part (usually hidden with a sticker), but you don't need to dismantle it. You should clean it as well.

Does one have to just use force to remove the fan itself from the socket? There are no screws or anything whatsoever.

Never mind. Didn't read your post well enough.
