New computer idle problems?

Just got my computer yesterday and everything is running fine, till about 5 minutes ago I check Task Manager to see it is idling at 50% CPU... I just closed a game, so I assumed it would drop back down to <10% but it never.

So I restarted my computer, checked the Process List and here it is:

Is there anything weird there?

Here is the CPU Usage off boot up:

It idles at 0-5% but jumps to 15-20% time-to-time is that normal?
I was playing a web browser game and listening to music and it was at 99% usage...

As long as it isn't getting to hot I wouldn't worry about it.

Your OS or virus scan tool set to auto update? Steam does that too with game updates.
