Approximate Purchase Date: In 6 months or so

Budget Range: $1350~

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Heavy Video-editing(Sony Vegas Pro 11, After Effects CS 5(maybe 6), Gaming+Streaming(Arma II, Arma III?), Music Encoding(lossless), Photoshop(RAW), other(browsing, productivity)

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: New Build

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Try to keep it NewEgg only please. ;)

Location: CA

Parts Preferences: GTX 660 Ti, Corsair HX750, Asrock

Overclocking: Maybe, (new to overclocking, though)

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe later down the line.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1080p or 1200

Additional Comments: Should be able to max most games at 1080p. At least 23" monitor. And if overclocking, I want it to stay pretty cool under load. I want to overclock the CPU only. Does overclocking shorten the usable life of the CPU, and by how many hours does it reduce?

A bit over-budget but worth it. You can always opt for a cheaper case if you want to keep it at 1350. Something like the 300R or Antec 900
