Just got a GTX 560 TI by Asus, and I just started to hook it up. My last gpu went off of PCIE power, but this one requires an external source. I also have a Cooler master GX 750w, and it has the 6-pin connectors that looks like it would connect to the gpu's power input. From what I see it looks like I can connect 2 6 pin connectors and it would work, but I don't wont to try something regrettable. What should I do?

Connect the two 6-pin connectors. You could burn the card if you started the computer without having them connected.

The block connectors used by PSUs are keyed to prevent you from doing something dumb (12v wires have a different shape than 5V which are different from ground which are different from -12v), so it's nearly impossible to plug them into the wrong place (though it doesn't hurt to check either).
