Hey, i want to build a new pc for gaming on high settings and resolution 1024x768.Is the mobo decrease the performance in games ?

long as the motherboard supports 16x pci-e 2.0 there should be no problem but you are building a new system with all last generation components maybe it is a time to upgrade maybe to a 3570k 660ti and a z77 board that will be a far better choice for a system if you can get it in your budget
 
Ok a couple things. First off do you plan on overclocking. If the answer to that is yes than you would be better off getting a Z68 motherboard. It is kind of pointless getting a CPU with an unlocked multiplier and pairing it with an H61 chipset. The H61 doesn't allow for overclocking like the Z68 motherboards. Also I would go with a better video card. The GTX 650Ti is kind of a low end gaming card I would go with a 660/660Ti.
