Gigabyte VS MSI

I'm looking for a good Radeon 7850. Which one do you think i should take?

I have a case with 4 vents, and with dust filter.

MSI one is much better. twinfrozer IV is a great cooler and plus you don't have to worry about cleaning dust off of your fans as often. plus, gigabyte doesn't cool their VRMs

in general I believe the MSI is worth an extra $20. so for just $10 more it's well wroth it
