Thanks this set up will run most games on ultra right or will i need more money for that?

7850 will barely run ultra on most games but you'll get good frame rates on high - super high. If you want to run ultra you'll need a stronger GPU like a 670.

I saw people playing on ultra with gtx 560 ti is that possible with i5 2500k this was also my previous choice but was told that its outdated sorry bit new to this

That all depends on monitor resolution. If you want to run high resolutions - say 1920 x 1080 or 1900 x 1200 then you won't get very good frame rates using a 7850 or 560TI. If you want to run say 1600 x 900 then yeah you could get good frame rates on ultra.

Whats the least i can spend while building a comp to run most games on ultra with atleast 30 fps

Hey i thought I should Add Look on Aria as a website you can save quite a bit of money, not sure exactly but what I know for a fact is on Aria the 3570k is only £167 so there is a saving right away.

Also as a general rule for computing that I have noticed in my research is Amazon is WAY overpriced,

Eg I wanted a GPU that was £260 on there and it was £220 on Ebuyer
