300Mhz Overclock?

I have the option to overclock my CPU with 10% which is 300Mhz without changing voltage or anything like that. Would a 300Mhz overclock make a difference, from 3Ghz to 3,3?
My CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 945.

With overclocking you will alway get better performance.
The 945 is fairly weak and get worse results than a Pentium g860, I'm sure you'll get some performance gain.
