Best bang for buck card @1920x1080

Hi everyone I just want to know what deal I should go for, as I currently have no gpu for my second build. I made a previous post about two cards and the card i wanted to go for just went out of stock so i'm going to make another post of my new options.

radeon 6850: $140

gtx 560 (non ti): $165
gtx 480: $210
radeon 7850: $243

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 1-2 weeks

BUDGET RANGE: Can $200 Before Rebates

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:Gaming wide variety of games, many not too graphically demanding.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: ATI Radeon HD 4870 and 650w xfx core edition

Which card is the most bang for buck.

I'd just like to be able to play every game I throw at it above 60 fps at reasonable graphic settings. Don't mind playing on medium/low if needed. Which card is the most bang for buck. thanks

Out of the above I'd say the GTX480 looks best in terms of performance, but for best price to performance ratio I'd recommend the ASUS HD6870 Direct CU, take a look at my profile pic

best bang for buck is the GTX 480 next would be the R7850 the rest of the cards you listed are rather weak

If I go with the gtx 480 will I need to add side panel case fans? or would the stock rear 120mm and top 200mm fans be sufficient.

If you went with GTX 480 i recommend changing the cooler to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835426026&Tpk=gelid%20icy%20vision#top then the 480 would run cool and you could OC the hell out it and make no mistake about it being two year old card it still will violently murder a R7850 as well as a R7870 an even a GTX 570. would be fully capable of going toe to toe with a GTX580 still be a power hog though no fixing that lol.
