Toshiba L655D-S5164 Wireless

Hello,

I've just bought a L655D-S5164 and installed Windows 7 64. I get the wireless to work but the indicator light remains red (should be blue) and i can't activate/deactivate the wireless via Fn+F8. The wireless card is a RTL8188CE.
Does someone know a solution?

BUT I don't know how reliable it is, and when I installed. it took forever, (that's not right, is it?) so stopped it and restarted. Still do not have wireless.
