MoBo for Pentium D 930

Hello,
I Have an older Pentium D 930 that i need to use, im (attempting) to build my moms boyfriends daughter a birthday pc, but idk what MoBo to buy, nothing expensive, i just need it to be compatible with this processor, can someone point me towards one please??

    You will need a socket 775 motherboard. At retail, they are expensive. Look on e-bay if you must be really cheap.
    The DDR2 ram which it needs costs more than modern ddr3 ram.
    You will also need a graphics card.

    I think I would build based on a newer gen cpu,motherboard, and ram, depending on what parts you already have.
    The D 930 has a passmark rating of 678, the cheapest socket 1155 chip, the $50 G530 is 2242

    I have a ATI Radeon X 1650 Pro gfx card for it, and i have acces to plenty of RAM, but i only have this one CPU...

    bear in mind, she 10, so she really dosent need the latest and greatest everything, just trying to replace her ooollldddd Dell Dimension 3000

  4. Treat her and just buy an AMD APU + motherboard + ram, plenty of deals going for combo purchase and will stomp of the Pentium-D and the ATI1650. Some places even offer prebuilt at silly prices.

    I wuld but im broke, and all these parts ahave been donated to me by a friend, i just need to buy the mobo, but thanks anyway
