Need some advice for some upgrades

Hello there guys, just seeking some advice on some upgrades
System at the moment is

Intel Core I7 920 with a nice Zallman fan
Antec 1200 case
1200 Watt coolermaster 80PLus PSU
6 GIG ram
2 1tb hdds
2X ati radeon 5770s crossfired

so thinking of an NVIDIA GTX 680/670 ot GTX 660 ti in SLi, new 128 or bigger SSD and some more RAM - 12 - 18 gig, needs to be tripple channel

budget about £800

any help welcome

wait if you think you are going to get a 680 why don't you get just get 690. I am not sure how much a 690 is in pounds. Based on exchange rate I would guess like 700 pounds.

get two well cooled 670s and OC them as far as you can and you have a 690 for alot cheaper which with the extra money it could be put into more ram. I personally but a SSD but kinda regret it. I dont really notice to much of a difference between my 7200 WD blacks with the exception of boot and a slightly better load on games. I would wait for the price to drop more per gig on the SSDs. As always if you dont plan on keep the old parts you can sell them off for more money to put into the upgrade. ^_^ Cheers
