Graphic card driver problems

i installed all the newest drivers on my radeon hd 6950 but i get messages like this everytime i reset my computer
The cataslyst cibtrol center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter.pleease update your amd graphics driver or enable your amd adapter useing the displays manager

No amd graphics driver is installed or the amd driver is not functioning properly please install the amd driver appropriate for your amd hardware

First uninstall the current one by control panel, then use DRIVER SWEEPER application to remove all the tiny files remaining of the driver reboot the pc and then install the new one.

OK, reinstall OS.

i reinstalled the os 3 times already and i tryed installing different ones i had vista first now im useing windows 7

unplug the card for about 2 minutes then plug it back.
