Will NCIX honor my price match? (3570k)

Hello forums,

This may seem like somewhat of a foolish question, but as I prepare to order the final part for my first build, I am looking for the best of deals on this product.

I came across an i5 3570k in a microcenter for $170, and I was just wondering, do you think NCIX would match that price if I ordered from them? Also, they are offering 840 Pros for $309, and I found one for $242, would they honor that as well?
