Help on this config

I currently own this config computer which i got originally in 2007 and added GFX card in 2009.

Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit,
Asus M2A-VM Motherboard,
AMD Anthlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.50 GHz,
4.00 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension,
ATI Radeon HD 4650,
170 GB ( Windows 7 ) 1 TB + 400 GB ( Personal files )

Now i am planning to get this config, with a new cabinet ( a good one with water cooling mostly Enforcer CM Storm ). Is this good for gaming and a bit of animation ( simulation and rendering ) ?

Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit - From the previous comp

2x DDR3 4GB,
AMD FX8120,
Gigabyte 880GM USB3 motherboard,
Radeon 6770 HD.

I want to play GTA 4 and hopefully GTA 5 at high setting.



PS. Please give me the answer fast, i need to buy it in the next 5 ( max ) hours

That config should be fine. What make/model of power supply do you plan to use? Just make sure it meets the needs of the HD6770.
