This is a very minor question concerning the keyboard: I'm faily new to computers, what does the "Scroll Lock" Key do? It usually even has a light on the keyboard next to Num Lock and Caps Lock. I've asked 10 different people and no one knows, and none of my "Windows" books has any mention of it. Just Curious, Thanks for any replys. DP57.

This key controls the way the cursor control keys work in some programs. It can also be assigned a function, such as when using voice activation software. Most applications ignore the Scroll Lock setting.
