HDTV dual monitor stopped working

I have been using a vizio tv as a monitor for two years. Today I turned it on and the viewable screen area was pushed about 30% to the left and the rest was black. I tried to adjust the TV setting and now all I get is No Signal! I have updated the 4650 driver and it still says the same thing.

Additionally, I have another backup monitor that I swapped out and it works perfectly fine, so it's a problem with the monitor only?

In case you were wondering, the main monitor has not been affected at all.
