Will a new cooler and case decrease my current temp

Hey guys i have AMD FX6100 overclocked at 4.1Ghz at 1.325v at idle it sits around 33 degrees Celsius and at load it sits around 50-56 degrees Celsius and im using a hyper 212 evo , my current case is a Sharkoon t5 it only has one 120mm intake and one 120mm exhaust im buying a coolermaster cm690 ii advancedif i buy a new cooler maybe NH-D14 and a new case will it decrease my current temps

Yes but there is only so low you can go. Those FX procs are really hot especially when oced.
