First time build, 800$~ budget

Hello everyone.Well i thought its time to upgrade from my old 5 year old pc (8400GS FTW!!).But i live in Lithuania and prices here are really high.About 25% bigger than in US including VAT.So im spending about 800$ and I am on a very strict budget,really cant go over 800 unless its necessary.
