Screen tearing in counter strike source

I am facing problem of screen tearing in counter strike source... will b thank full if someone tell me solution for it?

My system specs:
Motherboard: intel DH61WW
GPU: MSI 6790 256bit
CPU: intel i3 2100 3.10ghz
RAM: 8Gb crossair DDR3 1600MHz (2x4Gb)
PSU: thermaltake 600w
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

If it's only with CS:S, try some different resolutions and fiddle around with the Antialiasing/Vertical Sync options under the advanced tab in the video options.

well can u tell me that my psu :thermaltake lite power 600w is good enough to run my pc ?

ok thx for ur replies..... now tell me my msi r6790 graphic card temperature during game is abt 72-75c ..... is it ok?
