It seems there are numerous companies that make a "GT 610" graphics card. How/Where can I find a comparison to determine the "best" version/manufacturer to purchase??

all graphics cards use the same GPU have almost the same performance what ever who is the manufacturer, so i advise you to choose the cheapest gt610 or get a better graphics card if you really want something better.
