Need Help on Acer Aspire M1100

hi,i am using acer aspire m1100.My mobo model is F960GVM and currently running AMD athlon 64 3800+ on it.I think im going to change the processors to Athlon 64 X2 6000+ or athlon x2 77500 2.7(model number ad775zwcjbgh) but i'm not sure if my mobo will support those processors.Can anybody help me with this?
And which is the best between the 2 processors?Any help would be appreciated.Thx you.

According two Acers website these are the CPU's supported by the motherboard.

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 dual-core processor or
AMD Athlon™ 64 processor or
AMD Sempron processor
