Hi all!

First of all this is my mother board:

The specifications of this motherboards slots are:

1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (blue)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) *1
2 x PCI

How much of a performance hit would it be if I plugged it into the PCI-E 16x (4x mode slot)

Right now, I have my 560TI in the blue x16 slot, but it covers up my other 2 PCI slots which I need for my sound card... Is it possible to slot the 560TI into the black PCIe 2.0 16x and prevent the 560TI from blocking the PCI slots?

Thank you!

its possible but it would slow down the gpu performance from what i know
i am going to guess that you would have 1/4 of the performance that you would originally have
