Rate My PC - Recommendations Needed!

I am looking into building a PC, this is what I have so far:
Case: Corsair Carbide 500R Micro ATX Midi Tower White
PSU: OCZ OCZ600MXSP-UK ModXStream Pro 600W ATX Power Supply
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-222AB
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme 3
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Graphics Card: PNY GeForce GTS 450

Bear in mind that I have also chosen this monitor: ViewSonic VX2336S-LED 23 inch, plus the Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard and Logitech G400 mouse. I would prefer the setup to remain around the £700 mark as that is my budget but I am open to recommendations on changes that could make it better. Thanks in advance everyone!

I would recommend swapping out your GPU for something like a GTX560/GTX560 Ti or Radeon HD6850/6870/7850

That's a very week graphics card. I would suggest something more modern.

I would also recommend a better power supply.

Okay, thanks I'll look into that. Do you think the build will be substantial for playing today's games at low/ medium settings?

Yes, you should be able to play most games on Low/Medium.
