Memory Problem?

I've got a computer that starts loading windows and then shuts down.Will not even complete in safe mode. Never come across this problem before.Any suggestions?

Provide more details, e.g., What type OS?, What type hardware (M/B, DRAM, HDD...etc.), what error message, be more specific.

Did it use to load windows? If so its probably a corrupt windows system. If not, well it can be quite a few things - detail your system...
