Confused about AM3 & AM3+ mobo/cpu compatibility

This is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

I'm having real trouble finding a mobo thats compatible with the cpu because im confused about AM3 & AM3+.
The cpu says AM3 socket so i thought i had to choose a mobo that shares the same socket but after reading someones on this mobo which is AM3+ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280 it turns out his cpu is the same phenom chip i have so what gives?

Either way my budget is less or as close to $100. That board i last posted comes with 2x4gb memory sticks but like i said im not certain of compatibility.

here are other boards i saw on newegg, neither have great crossfire ability(16x, 4x) but i get what i pay for so cant complain at $100.

If something is compatible with am3 it will be compatible with am3+. FX works only with am3+ but phenom and athlon work with both am3 and am3+.
