Framerate problem please help

i just got a 1440p monitor today and ive having serious issues with fps. i was using a 1280x1024 monitor before and crysis was averaging only 42, so i thought something funny was going on but people said crysis is a broke game horribly unoptimized. with 1440p in crysis with everything maxed, im getting like 20fps on average. turning off aa only gets it to 30 average. in skyrim im getting 28-30 average everything maxed. im using gigabyte gtx 670 980mhz, i5 2500k, 8gb ram. heres my 3d mark

i read the graphics score is around correct, and physics score is very low probably because i didnt overclock my cpu, so whats making my fps so low!!!??? using latest 304.79 driver, i tried 301.42 as well no difference.

Try to update your graphics drivers. Also, try closing out applications running in the background. I recommend getting GameBooster 3. It really helps to raise your FPS. Hope I helped!
