NZXT PHAN-001 Problem

I purchased the NZXT Phantom Phan-001 off of Newegg a few weeks ago. The problem i am having with it is that the fans are turning on and off very frequently, as if the power is being cut then starting up again. I checked the connections, has anybody had this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.
