What is your price range?If its about $1500 you could get

2600K/3770K ($300/$340)
Gtx 660ti/Amd 7950 or 7970 ($300-$400)
1tb hdd ($80)
16gb ram ($80-$100)
Z77 motherboard (usually around $150)
750w psu (Antec 750w about $110)
decent case,say NZXT Phantom ($120)

all prices are gathered from newegg.so this comp will game and gaphic design very well for under $1500
