Thermal paste went off the side D: with the 212+

Hey guy's I am really concerned right now because I recently got my 212 plus but when I was installing it keep going to the side... to install the mounting screw thingy so the thermal paste accidently went to the side of the cpu not on the mobo i am concerned did i mess up anything? here are the temps: Temp1:17c Temp2:29c temp3:22c on idle or just on the web... I don't what it is on load because I don't know anything that will put it on load.
Sorry for my terrible spelling I am getting used to a desktop keyboard.

I think you'll be fine, you probably would have experienced some kind of negative side affect already if there were going to be any, as long as it's not under the cpu, in contact with the pins, or on the motherboard you shouldn't have any problems.

Just keep an eye on your system but i bet all is good to go.
