Its a good Pc, Overkill for School Work , and its at entry level when it comes to gaming, it let you plays every game but not at high resolutions and with ultra settings.

Has it already been made or is it just a spec list so far?

Basically what Chulex said, overkill for office work (but any gaming rig will be), and entry level for gaming. That 550Ti is holding the system down in terms of gaming performance.

Thanks guy, it's a rig I currently run on. Thanks for the info, when I get the chance I will see about upgrading the video card, any other thoughts?

Other than the weak GPU, nothings wrong with it.

Though an SSD would benefit the system a lot. Fast boot times and any programs installed to it will load almost instantly.
Heres my SSD of choice.
