Basically what Chulex said, overkill for office work (but any gaming rig will be), and entry level for gaming. That 550Ti is holding the system down in terms of gaming performance. Though an SSD would benefit the system a lot. Fast boot times and any programs installed to it will load almost instantly. Heres my SSD of choice.
