Gtx 670 sli or hd7970 crossfire

i want to upgrade my graphic card and iam confused between those gtx 670 sli or hd 7970 crossfirex . i want the best scalling performance and i use 1920 x 1080 screen resolution i will overvoltage any of those cards . i want those for bf 3 64 player multiplayer and crysis 3 , crysis 2 multiplayer

7970s have the best scaling right now, but honestly either combination will max out your frame rate for a single monitor
