Graphics and psu

i have installed a new graphic card 9400gt ,and i have stock psu, should i change that psu too;
cpu: core 2 duo 2.8ghz;2gb ram.
psu: pentium 4 atx2.03;

How many watts does that PSU have? The 9800 GT hardly uses any watts so a 150w PSU would probably be good enough for that pc.

A Pentium is usally a processor not a PSU. You should be able to see the wattage on your PSU inside the case.

how to check if a psu is will deliver enough power to graphic card

A 450w PSU is sufficient.
You could replace it for a more reliable one, like the corsair CX430 or the Antec EA380

450W is more than enough. The 9800GT uses about 100 watts. 450 Watts would be enough to power a GTX 550 Ti lol.
