Now, I don't plan on OCing this, and it's mostly for games on mid-high graphics.

My question is this. Are these parts compatible with each other?

I made a thread earlier about cost effectiveness, but now that I've lowered the price a bit, I want to know if it'll actually work.

I WANT to buy most of the parts within the next week, but it all depends if I can make a quick $100 in the next 2 weeks.

(The site says it costs more than $450, but that's because I already have Windows 7 and don't plan on buying it and I plan on getting the GPU used)

Looking at some comparisons, the 6850 outperforms the 7770 by a relatively small margin (generally 3-5 fps) in most games. As a trade-off, the 7770 is significantly cooler, quieter, and less power-hungry.

What resolution will you be playing at?

The 6850 only outperformed the 7770 in old tests with old drivers. The 7770 wins pretty much every time nowadays and is more capable of competing with the 6870, especially when overclocking is considered and then it can beat even the 6870, although its mere 128 bit memory bus starts to become a slight weakness at this point.
