Upgrade help?

I recently received this computer as a gift, and I opened it and now I cannot take it back, (stupid pc world policy) so I was wondering if anyone could help me with what I can upgrade in the region of motherboard and processor? 1.4ghz is truly awful and the max for an amd E1-1200 is 1.7ghz, but id really like 3.4 ghz? is there anyway of achieving this? with only changing the 2 mentioned above? thanks in advance!

Exactly what I thought, I thought I had the right to change my mind, I literally opened it took it out the box then checked the specs and decided I'd rather get my mums money back and buy elsewhere. According to PC world you cannot as the guy said "I can't sell this as new thats why I cannot take it back, we dont offer a change of mind policy"
