Cable Management

Not having a modular psu i have a lot of cables that are not needed. with these i have used cable ties to bunch them all together and i have stashed them all in a spare slot in the hard drive area. is this in anyway dangerous? they are all combined in a very confined space.

It should be fine. The conductive part of the connectors should be recessed and as long as there are not any small sharp metallic protrusions int he drive bay that could get into one of the connectors and short it, you will be OK.
