Why getting bigger screen ?

if all the screens has the same resolutions 1080p . . why to get a bigger screen if we have to get far away to get the same quality ? . . i mean the bigger the screen the far we should set a way from it , and that make no since because we get the same viewing size for the eye if you thing about it . . .

That's true, but some people's desks are bigger than others and they need a larger screen. Some need it closer to themselves, so they need a smaller screen. It's pretty much all about preference, if you think about it

Some people want it to be grainier, graphic designers and the like.
