Improved Graphics Card

I have a 4 year old system...i7-920, new Gigabyte MB/PS/Memory. I still have the original 4850 card, though, which puts a drag on some things. What is the best single width card out there for replacement? (either AMD or Nvidia).

AMD:6870, 7770
Nvidia: GTX 560


~$200-$300
AMD: 7850 or 7870
Nvidia: GTX 480, GTX 560 TI (448 Core), GTX 570

thanks for the reply. I like most, if not all those suggestions. As I look at them, though, they all seem to be double width. I think I only have room for a single slot card.

After looking at the pictures, I think you're right. most of the 7770s are double but this one (while it has a fan that almost looks like a double) will work, I think.
