i have finally replace my Block Heater with

with Audio/Firewire/SATA/RAID/G-LAN

OCZ Dual Channel Series
PC3500 EL 512MB (2x256)
DDR Ram 434MHz CL 2-3-3
with Copper Heat Spreader

Intel Pentium 4 2.4C GHz
800FSB 512K Socket 478
Retail with Fan

Soooooo...... once i get it.... what setting should i use? I'm probably gonna use DOT.... any suggestions

a) Probably better change your sig!
b) I wouldn't use DOT myself - I don't want my board fiddling with it's own settings... I would first get it all stable and happy at stock speeds before I started Ocing, but when you're happy, just start gradually increasing your FSB, in increments of 5 mhz or so, doing a stability test in between.. Slow 'n' steady is the key.. when you start hitting problems, <i>slightly</i> increase your voltage, and try again, but I reccomend you don't go above 1.7Vcore.
